What kind of training do the coaches have?
Our coaches have years of combined coaching experience. From former college head and assistant coaching to highschool and previous club coaching experience.
How many players are on the team roster?
We plan our rosters according to what the coaches feel the team needs to be successful. Most teams will carry 10 players but some may have more or less depending on the situation of the team. Some clubs will add players to a team to make more money, this is not a reason we would ever add additional players above 10. Cost per player will be adjusted if more players are added.
How are club fees determined?
Club fees are used for the athletes to participate in the sport they love. Dues are based on coaches pay, travel costs, tournament fees, practice facility charges and equipment. We want you to feel like you are getting what you paid for... Premier, unparalleled coaching and training, competitive tournaments, and so much more. No matter how you add it up, you will be getting more with Red Rock Heat Volleyball.
Will my child make a team?
We can't guarantee that your child will make a team. Because our philosophy is different from many other clubs, we will only make teams when we have a qualified coach set in place. We are looking for players that want to push themselves, be competitive and eventually play beyond high school and club.

Our team choices will be based on skill, athleticism, commitment, attitude, availability, and desire to improve. Each coach will choose their own team based on these things.
